Liquid Filtration
Fibertex offers a full range of needlepunch filter media, with high flow capacity and good retention properties, from 1 micron to 200 micron. Fibertex filter media are manufactured with FDA/EC compliant materials, which qualifies products for safe use in food applications and other critical applications.
Pleatable media are available with or without a nanofiber layer, on a pore size range between 0.8 micron and 100 microns.
Fibertex nanofibers can be utilised in liquid filtration products and as separation media. The nanofiber matrix is able to provide a uniform pore size structure, on a pore size range from 0.8 micron to 3 micron. There is very little resistance against liquid flows, compared to traditional meltblown and glassfibre layers and conventional membranes.
