Filtration and Drainage systems
Fibertex Geotextiles are suitable for all filtration and drainage systems, such as drainage pipes, drainage trenches, surface drains and building drains.
Permeable Fibertex Geotextiles are wrapped around drainage pipes to form an effective and durable drainage system, with low risk of clogging. Our geotextiles are also used to keep fines separated from the drainage layer in surface drains, to prevent the drain system from becoming silted up from the surrounding soil. Fibertex Geotextiles protect drainage trenches by inhibiting the mingling of fines and are also used in the construction of foundations and basement walls. Our geotextiles ensure a clean and effective circumferential drain to prevent damage caused by dampness, in the event of high ground water levels.
Drainage pipes
With permeable Fibertex Geotextiles wrapped around the pipes, an effective and long lasting drainage system is ensured, without any risk of clogging.
Drainage trenches
Fibertex Geotextiles protect the drain system by preventing mingling of fines.
Surface drains
